Apples Crumble

Apples Crumble
Ingredients
670g apples, 2 tblsp water, 90 g-120 g granulated sugar, 1 level tsp cinnamon, 90g margarine 180 g plain flour, 60 g soft brown sugar

Preparation
1) Place the apple slices, granluated sugar, water, cinnamon into a pan and cook gentally for about 10 minutes. 2) Place the softened apple in an oven dish and leave to cool. 3) Rub the margarine into flour until it resembles large breadcrumbs. Stir in sugar. 4) Sprinkle over the apple and bake in oven at gas mark 6 (200 c, 400 f) for 25-30 minutes until slightly brown. 5) Serve with soya custard.
